"The founder of Rose et Marius spent all her summers in her grandmother’s old manor in Provence.
She cherishes memories of those nights when, stretched out under the fig tree, she would breathe in the distinctive fragrance of the leaves that the summer’s heat had turned to gold.
A ‘’Proust’s madeleine’’, which inspired sunny notes of this unique fragrance."

Opinions differ, sulphate-based soaps are cheap, but are much more aggressive.
They are less expensive than liquid soaps and are often preferred for this reason.
Nevertheless, the official recommendations of the World Health Organisation are to wash your hands with real soap, whether liquid or solid.
Don't want to switch to solid soap (yet)? Some liquid soaps are made from vegetable oils or butters, such as cold-saponified soaps.
They contain :
Shower gels are not really soaps. Their cleansing agents do not come from a saponification reaction.
But some are of natural origin and are gentle on the skin.
Liquid soaps are still the best shower gel option, especially for irritated or sick skin (eczema, psoriasis, shingles...).
That's why at Rose et Marius we advise you to choose soaps made from totally natural ingredients.
A good way to know if your washing gel is chemical? The more it foams, the less natural it is...
In addition to the obvious benefits of choosing Rose et Marius natural liquid soaps rather than artificial washing gels, you will enjoy a delicious, unctuous texture that will make your shower a pure moment of pleasure for your senses: fragrant scents and a unique touch with this melting texture thanks to the olive oil they contain.
It lathers and smells good. But is soap as harmless as it looks? It all depends on the product.
Soaps and shower gels can be bad for your health and the environment.
Especially since they are used every day.
Between organic shower gel, classic soap and superfatted soap, we take stock of the products to adopt or to avoid.
To avoid: conventional soaps and shower gels
Whether it's soap, shower gel or cleansing foam, some products are not recommended.
Conventional soaps are industrially produced.
The natural glycerine is removed and replaced by a little synthetic glycerine.
The soap is then cut into small pieces to be decorated with colourings, perfumes, etc.
The surfactants in conventional soaps (shower gels, cleansing foams, etc.) are often cheap and of poor quality.
Some are irritating and cause allergic reactions.
Many products also contain dubious additives. Preservatives, perfumes, synthetic dyes can be harmful to the skin and to the environment.
Other ingredients, which may be used in soaps and shower gels, are not recommended for environmental and health reasons:
At Rose et Marius we are committed to not testing on animals.
We only use vegetable-based products and we only manufacture in France with the most beautiful natural materials that nature provides!
