So we decided to share with you a recipe that is as simple as it is delicious : spring detox water from Rose et Marius.
5 fresh verbena leaves
3 gariguette strawberries
1 quarter of lemon
And water !
Let’s go !
Fill your carafe with tap water. Squeeze the lemon, cut the strawberries into 4, having previously removed the peduncle, place the whole leaves in the water.
Wait half a day for the fruits and leaves to infuse in the water. Contrary to popular belief, water does not have to be hot to extract the scent from leaves and fruit.
Another version with ginger to replace lemon is also delicious, but often less appreciated by children for the spicier notes.
