Since the publication of our first meringue recipe (here), we have had such enthusiastic feedback from you. How we wanted to share a new recipe with you! And it’s even our favorite. Obviously, since it is the rose fragrance … These are fluffy rose and strawberry meringues.
For 4/6 people
-4 juicy strawberries
-1 tablespoon of Thiercelin rose water
-2 egg whites
-120 grs of sugar
Let’s go !
Preheat your oven to 120C
Beat with your beater, the egg whites and 100 grams of sugar. Add to the preparation.
Once the mixture is firm, gently add the remaining 20 grams of sugar using a spatula. Squeeze the strawberries between your fingers, so as to extract as much juice as possible, then drop the cut pulp into small pieces. Add the rose water. Mix.
On your plate, cut a sheet of parchment paper. Deposit with a teaspoon, a spoonful of the preparation. Try to keep a regularity in the form and the quantity deposited. Separate them by at least 3centimeters.
Bake 35 minutes.
