What if you put flowers in your Ti Punch? Find below our original and delicious recipe for this cocktail revisited by Rose et Marius. And Made in Provence, of course!
An unique blend!
Petals of roses, lavender, mauve, leaves of peppermint, verbena and lemongrass will naturally flavor your Ti Punch. We will give you the recipe of our favorite cocktail made from our homemade herbal tea which uses these natural plants and flowers.
6cl white rum
180grs of white sugar
20 cl of water
Herbal tea by Rose by Rose et Marius
A dash of lemon
Homemade syrup preparation:
Boil the water and the sugar. Once the broths form mix for 2 minutes until the sugar melts and the mixture becomes translucent.
Remove the syrup from the heat, stir in 2 tablespoons of the Rose and Marius Herbal Tea and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Switch to Chinese and pour the syrup into a bottle that you will have previously boiled. Once the syrup has reached room temperature, place it in the fridge.
Without preservative it will be consumable for a week.
Several uses for this delicious homemade floral syrup: in water for children (or adults!), Perfect with a salad of strawberries or citrus fruits.
If you are a fan of arranged rum, you can put syrup, rum, rose buds and lemongrass sticks in a pretty airtight bottle. Wait 6 weeks and enjoy it as a digestif.
In a flat glass, pour 6cl of Rum, 2cl of homemade syrup, 1 dash of lemon.
Mix with a small spoon and arrange the crushed ice.
