Tasty and very easy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"en\">Ingredients: <\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"en\">For 6 persons : <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><em><span lang=\"en\">450 grams of artichoke hearts (you can use frozen if you can&rsquo;t find them at the market) <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><em><span lang=\"en\">1 teaspoon green anise seeds <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><em><span lang=\"en\">1 pinch of fennel seeds <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><em><span lang=\"en\">3 cloves of garlic <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><em><span lang=\"en\">1 shallot<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><em><span lang=\"en\">100gr of parmesan <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><em><span lang=\"en\">Olive oil <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><em><span lang=\"en\">Basil <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><em><span lang=\"en\">Salt and pepper from the mill <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"en\">Let&rsquo;s go! <\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"en\">In a pressure cooker, heat olive oil. When hot, put a minced shallot, 3 chopped garlic cloves. Brown. Then put the artichoke hearts, make them take the color. Then pour 200ml of salt water, anise seeds and fennel. close the casserole dish and cook for 25 minutes over medium heat. Drain the artichokes with the seeds. Drizzle with olive oil, chopped basil and Parmesan shavings.
