C&rsquo;est la recette des coeurs d&rsquo;artichauts \u00e0 l&rsquo;anis.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h4>\n<p><em>Pour 6 personnes :\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>450 grammes de coeurs d&rsquo;artichauts (vous pouvez utiliser des congel\u00e9s si vous n&rsquo;en trouvez pas chez votre primeur)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines d&rsquo;anis vert<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 pinc\u00e9e de graines de fenouil<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 \u00e9chalote<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>100gr de parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Basilic<\/p>\n<p><em>Sel et poivre du moulin\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>C&rsquo;est parti!<\/h4>\n<p>Dans votre cocotte minute, faites chauffer de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Une fois chaude, mettez une \u00e9chalote \u00e9minc\u00e9e, 3 gousses d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9es. Faites dorer. Puis mettez les coeurs d&rsquo;artichauts, faites leur prendre de l couleur. Puis versez 200ml d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e, les graines d&rsquo;anis et de fenouil. fermez la cocotte et mettez \u00e0 cuire 25mn \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Egouttez les artichauts avec ls graines. Arrosez d&rsquo;un trait d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, du basilic cisel\u00e9 et de copeaux de parmesan.
