C&rsquo;est pourquoi il nous tenait \u00e0 coeur de vous faire partager son go\u00fbt \u00a0d\u00e9licat dans un dessert aussi simple que raffin\u00e9 : les panacotta \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de rose.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h4>\n<p><em>Pour 6 personnes :\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>250ml de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>250ml de lait demi \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>70g de sucre<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thiercelin1809.com\/blogs\/sante\/77759621-eau-de-rose-astuce-beaute\">&lsquo;eau de rose Thiercelin<\/a> (le choix de l&rsquo;eau de rose est tr\u00e8s essentiel)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5 fraises juteuses\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>C&rsquo;est Parti !<\/h4>\n<p>Mettre la g\u00e9latine \u00e0 tremper dans de l&rsquo;eau froide.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9server \u00a050 ml de creme dans laquelle vous allez mixer les 5 fraises.<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer le lait, les 200ml de cr\u00e8me dans une casserole, avec le sucre. Remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dissoute. A feu doux, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 fr\u00e9missement.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer du feu<\/p>\n<p>Essorer la g\u00e9latine et l&rsquo;incorporer au m\u00e9lange de lait\/cr\u00e8me\/sucre.
