Une recette parfum\u00e9e, tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, \u00a0qui fera sensation en entr\u00e9e ou en en accompagnement de poisson ou crustac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h4>\n<p><em>Pour 4 personnes :\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>12 fleurs de courgette<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>50 g de parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>200g de ricotta<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3 tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>12 feuilles de basilic<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>un trait d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>sel, poivre du moulin<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>C&rsquo;est parti !<\/h4>\n<p>Dans un saladier, d\u00e9posez la ricotta, l&rsquo;ail press\u00e9, le basilic cisel\u00e9, les 3 tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es taill\u00e9es en lani\u00e8re, le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9. M\u00e9langez. rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement avec du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p>Prenez d\u00e9licatement les fleurs une par une. Otez-leur le pistil et d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une petite cuill\u00e8re, farcissez-les de la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Prenez une po\u00eale, mettez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Une fois chaude, faites les revenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une jolie couleur dor\u00e9e.
